The Loch Lomond area is surrounded by gorgeous walking paths which show the Loch to its best advantage, there are myriad planned walks to choose from and we’re sure you’ll find one perfect for you, whether you’re looking for something challenging or something peaceful and relaxing.
Of course, there is the most famous walking path of all, The West Highland Way which winds through the shores of the Loch. Myth like in its fame, the West Highland Way offers both gentle and testing walking and is very popular with visitors to the area who want to see a bit more of the spectacular countryside.

The Loch area is home to many beautiful cycle paths which vary from the exciting, adrenaline rush hill climbs, to slower, more serene paths through the flora and fauna. Cycling around the Loch is a wonderful way to explore the area more fully and you’re sure to meet friends along the way!
